"Jump the Squares" is the new alternating attention and inhibition worksheet for adults.
Tha patient has to follow the path with the aim of reaching the final square, jumping squares, according to the rules. With this game, the patient will learn to be flexible according to the tasks.
"Jump the Squares" has different levels: basic, easy, medium, difficult and advanced. The occupational therapist can choose the level for each patient according to their abilities. As the level increases, the number of orders increases and the patient has to alternate the orders more often.

Alternating attention is the main cognitive function worked in this worsheet. The patient has to be attentive to various rules that alternate.
The secondary function that this activity works is Inhibition. The patient must try to avoid the impulse to follow the same rule.
